Based on the book, Skills, Knowledge and Behaviors of HIGHLY COMPETENT CASHIERS: Best Practices and Training for Cashiers and Supervisors, this comprehensive training course is geared to cashiers, supervisors and organizations committed to improving cashiering skills and operations.
Participants receive instruction on best practices and techniques to reduce loss and theft; increase accuracy and efficiency handling cash and non-cash transactions; improve customer service; incorporate greater internal controls; and much more.
Understanding the role and responsibilities of the cashiering team; perfecting daily operations; improving employee satisfaction, and offering new insights for management are amongst the many benefits of this training.
