The Public Treasury Institute of North America, LLC was formed in 2004 to address the growing demand by public treasury and finance officials for in-depth, affordable training and educational materials.
Stacey Crane Dussault, the Institute’s CEO and President, has over 20 years of experience working with public treasury and finance officials on legislative, regulatory and policy concerns in addition to developing relevant training and publications.
As the former Legislative and Associate Director of the National Association of State Treasurers, Intergovernmental Liaison for the Council of State Governments and Executive Director of the Association of Public Treasurers, she works with an extensive network of treasury and finance professionals and elected and appointed public officials to publish pertinent manuals and construct in-depth courses for public finance officials throughout North America.
Ms Crane Dussault writes articles for a number of national and state trade magazines and provides editorial and media relations assistance to governments and private firms in the public finance field.
